We strictly adhere to a Zero Hidden Fees policy. We do not apply any unexpected handling charges, service fees, or hidden subscription costs to your order. The total amount displayed in your cart at the final step of checkout is the definitive and final price.
The total cost of your order consists of:
Product Price: The listed price for the items in your cart.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $9.00 for orders under $85.00, or $0.00 for orders over $85.00.
Sales Tax: As we operate within North Carolina, we are legally required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to applicable destinations. This tax is automatically calculated by our system based on your specific shipping address and local state regulations.
Upon clicking “Place Order,” a payment authorization for the total amount will be placed on your selected card. Once the transaction is successfully authorized, you will receive an immediate Order Confirmation Email containing your receipt and invoice.
If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank, check your CVV code, and ensure your card has not expired.
