At HomeShoeRack, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent delivery services for our home storage solutions. We understand that organizing your home is a priority, which is why we focus on secure packaging and efficient transit to ensure your shoe racks and benches arrive in excellent functional condition. This policy outlines our logistical procedures to ensure a straightforward shopping experience.
Shipping Destinations & Limitations
To maintain high service standards and ensure the integrity of our structural products, HomeShoeRack currently exclusively ships to the 48 contiguous United States.
Important Restrictions:
No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: Due to the physical dimensions and weight of our storage systems (including steel racks and wooden benches), our primary carriers require a physical street address (residential or non-PO Box address) for delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO locations at this time.
Continental US Only: We do not currently provide shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations.
Transparent Shipping Rates
We believe in a simple and direct fee structure with no hidden surcharges. Your final shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your order subtotal and is clearly displayed during the checkout process before payment.
Orders of $85.00 and Over: Free Standard Shipping.
Orders Under $85.00: A flat shipping fee of $9.00 will be applied.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide realistic expectations, we break down our delivery process into two distinct phases. All timeframes are based on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal Holidays).
Daily Order Cut-off Time:5:00 PM (EST/EDT). Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will begin processing on the following working day.
Handling Time:1 – 3 Working Days. During this period, we conduct quality inspections, secure the structural components, and prepare your package for dispatch.
Transit Time:3 – 8 Working Days. This is the duration your package is in the care of our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) while traveling to your destination.
Total Estimated Delivery Timeframe: 1 – 3 Days (Handling) + 3 – 8 Days (Transit) = 4 – 11 Working Days (Total Time to Delivery).
Logistics Tracking & Partial Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing a dedicated tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to synchronize and reflect active movement within the carrier’s system.
Split Shipments: If your order contains multiple items or a combination of standard and temporarily backordered stock, your items may arrive in separate packages to ensure you receive the available products as quickly as possible. You will not incur additional shipping charges for split shipments.
Delivery Accuracy & Security
Address Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. HomeShoeRack cannot be held liable for delayed deliveries or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during the order process.
Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package has been “Delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If the package remains missing after 24 hours of the delivery notification, please contact us for assistance in initiating a carrier investigation.
Handling of Transit Damage
While we utilize reinforced packaging for our metal and wood products, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product itself:
